Then what is actually happening?
Are the clothing loading, but just not fitted and parented to the figure?
And it doesn't come up with any dialogue box or error?
And if it is specific clothings, can you then give an example of which item.
yeah, the cloth is loaded, but not parented and fitted to selected figure...
the 'Fit to' in the cloth parameter shows None. its a cloth i've made n saved in daz 4.11 pro in old OS winXP.... but tested the 'fit to' in daz 4.11 pro in latest OS to be more specific.
So it is an item rigged and saved in another DS instance.
And did it succesfully load in that instance onto your figure?
If you in the scene tab with the clothing selected, select the menu > Edit > Scene Identification, whay does it then say for content type and preferred base?
cloth successfully load and fit to figure in DS which the cloth was created . in other DS only the cloth loaded but its does not fit to figure automatically...
for the scene identification... content type is follower>wardrobe, preferred base is genesis 8/female
The clothing sounds right.
Have you tried loading it to another G8F figure?
did u mean the g8f figure in other DS? sorry didnt mention the other DS which the 'fit to' was tested is in different pc by beta tester, i havent asked yet.
if u have a moment pls check the file attached? its a left arm band for g8f. 1st step is to select g8f . 2nd, double click the arm band in content library, pls check if it load and auto fit to g8f in you DS...
side note.... the compatibility base in scene identification shows None.... what if i set it to g8f?
Kind of weird.
I tested it in DS 4.11 on a g8f character. And it does just load, without fitting.
Then after I had fitted it to my character, I saved it again with a new name. And now I can load it fitted.
Seems like there is something, in your version there is wrong, but I have no clue what.
