Hair colours nowhere to be found

Hi all

I've been away from DAZ for a few years, but it used to be that once hair was selected, you could load the colours from the Smart Content panel. 

I've just bought the Fallow and Cafe Curls hair sets, along with their respective "Colors" add-ons. They all installed through the Install Manager, but only the basic hair colours are showing up in Smart Content. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling them, but it hasn't changed anything. What's up with that?

    I never rely on Smart Content, but those two products work okay for me. All material presets show under the Default->Materials group. Is the metadata being added properly? Does it show in Content Library?

    I have at least one of those sets and the colours showed up (in the products tab at least) with the hair selected and Filter by Context on.
