View port display as ghost ( snap shot from previous display)

Hey guy, I am encountering this issue, every time I try to move or rotate in the view port, it gives me the effect below.
Is there any way that I can switch my video card to my Nvidia RTX 2060 instead of Inter card?
or any other way to deal with this problem?
Thanks!

I don't have a dual GPU system, but I believe if you right-click on the desktop and select nVidia Control Panel you should find the options for which GPU an application will use.
