I think I have this problem everytime I'm looking for the newest version. Can you please tell me where I go to find the new 4.12 BETA version for download?

    If you "bought" the Beta (free) before then the new version should show up in DIM (which is the only way to get it.)

    I don't use the DIM tool but Download manually.

    Is there nowhere it just says, "4.12 BETA Download?

    No, the betas have to be handled through DIM - it's necessary in order for them to safely co-exist with the release version.
