HELP! Lost all of my base directories!

Oh my lord, I have been creating my own sub categories to try and organise things better but just as I was getting to the end I wanted to delete a folder I don't use and in error I clicked on "Remove All Base Directories" in Daz Studio Formats and now all of my files/assets have disappeared! :(
Please help, is there a way I can get them back??

Update: Just looked in my Mac finder folder for DS Library and the folders are there but don't know how to get them back into the suite.
You can add them by right-click on the Daz Studio Formats heading in the Content Library and select Ad base Directory, then select the folder (the one that contains the Data and Runtime folders).
Once again to the rescue Richard :) Would that be My Daz 3D Library folder?
