Install manager won't download anything

I've just re-installed my computer, and wanted to download my content and install manager refuses to download anything, either software or content.

When I click on anything it just says download failed immediately.

After some digging I found the log and it seems it has some sort of SSL hanshake issue.

WARNING: SSL Error: 11 - The issuer certificate of a locally looked up certificate could not be found
WARNING: SSL Error: 17 - The root CA certificate is not trusted for this purpose

Is it working for everyone else?

No, windows 10 Pro 64bit latest build.

I already did, but they won't be much help until monday, that's why I asked here, hoping someone might know something.

Same here. SSL handshake error on Windows 10.

I'm still having the issue, and support is not very helpful, in fact it has been 4 days since they even replied. 

They seem to be taking my issue very lightly. Guess that means I'll be spending very lightly in their store in the future, cause I'm getting extremely annoyed at this point.

So today it started working again. Don't know why, I certainly didn't do anything on my end. And technical support hasn't replied in 5 days.
