Hi, i need a new graphic card for my pc. I start to lear daz this month so i don't need an Uber Power Graphic Card. I don't know if buy an 1050 Ti or a RX 580. What do you suggest?

If you want it for Iray you need an nVidia card, so no to the RX 580, with at least 4GB of RAM. If you don't use Iray, or happy with rendering on the CPU, then it doesn't make an enormous difference - dForce will use both nVidia and AMD chips for claculations, memory permitting.
But 3DELIGHT will be faster? I have an AMD FX 8320e as CPU
3delight will not use the GPU, regardless of what you have - it is, at least the version in DS, purely a CPU renderer. The GPU affects the Viewport display (a little), dForce (requires OpenCL), and Iray (requires CUDA, which is nVidia only).
You definitely do not want to use 3Delight on that. If you budget is as tight as you seem to be saying I strongly suggest looking into buying a used system with a better CPU. the FX series of CPU's were flat out awful.
For you is better to buy an 1060/1050ti or an new CPU Ryzen 5 or intel?
If you want to render in 3Delight you don't care about GPU power. If you get a Ryzen 5, except the 2400G and 3400G, you'll need a seperate GPU just to get video output so, unless you play games, get the lowest cost card you can find. Personally if I was aiming to build the cheapest possible 3Delight rig I'd consider something like a 2400G or a R7 2700 with a very cheap graphics card. Intel's CPU basically never go on sale or have signifigant price drops. Those last gen Ryzen CPU's are much reduced in cost so you'll simply get a better deal, if you don't want to buy used.
