Daz Cat with dforce hair

If this is in the wrong place, please move to the right one.

Purchased the DAZ cat with dforce hair/fur and no matter what I do, I can't get the fur to show up in renders. I add the cat to my scene, add the dforce fur, color the cat, color the fur, pick fur length and a pose and then hit iRay render and it's just the cat sans fur.

The read me has no helpful information on this problem I'm having, and I can't find any info when I search the forums or the net in general.

    What Daz Studio version are you using? It requires 4.11 or later

    I've got 4.11 and I updated my deforce essentials

    annnnd I just found the issue. The fur won't show up in iray preview, only a full render.
