Transfer entire armature to clothing

Is it possible to use Transfer Utility or another method to copy the entire armature to a clothing item, rather than just enough of the surrounding bones that it usually rigs to connect the item to the hips or ground?

  • You mean haev ghost bones in areas where there is no mesh? I'm not sure what that would achieve, but I don't think it can be done directly - perhaps if you added fake mesh, then used the Geometry Editor to delete it after using the Transfer Utlity.

    tt's just to stop errors in Unity. I'm copying animations from different armatures and getting errors when bones are missing, regardless of whether they're needed or not. Haven't been able to solve the problem via code yet so I wanted to experiment this way
