Renderosity content disappeared.

I can't find any of my Renderosity content in the content Libraray. (NOT smart content, but the other one.) I only have a few and don't use them often, so I don't know how long they've been missing.
I checked, and the files are still in their various folders in My DAz 3D Library. One of the missing is Chihiro, and gen3 character morph. When I open up the file I rendered with her, she appears naked, hairless, in the default g3 pose. The figure in the Scene tab is listed as "Genesis 3 Female" but looking at her it's obvoious she's a morph. The old thumbnail in My Library/Figures shwos here with hair.
What the heck is going on, and how do I fix it?

Are you talking about a scene you saved? Because what you show in your screenshot looks like the character preset included with the product.
Just because the thumbnail for a character shows her with hair doesn’t mean hair is included with the product. Loading “naked, hairless and in default pose” is actually normal for most characters...
Yup, I usually find myself looking at the character thumbnail saying "Gee, which hair that I have looks the most like what this character is wearing here?" when I've loaded or am preparing to load the (bald) character. Then I load the character, apply the hair, apply whatever hair-color preset makes it match the hair in the character thumbnail, then attach whatever other things I need to make the character ready,,, and save the whole character, attachments and all, out as a scene preset so I can quickly load the character again later with the hair and stuff already in place.
The name you see in the scene tab is normal too, most either don't know or forget that you can change that, so when they make their Character presets DS keeps the base figures label in this case that's "Genesis 3 Female".
