Viewport not working

Recently my viewport has been acting up, it just shows a grey render screen with a white line through it and the numbers 1350 : 0.0001, can someone please help me with this issue

That's the Aspect frame, showing the area of the Viewport that will render and giving the proportions. Somehow the values have become extreme, so you have a very thin render area. To fix this go to the Editor tab of Render Settings and in the General group turn off the Constrain Aspect button, then enter more reasonable values for width and height - there are boxes for the actual size and for the proportions, editing the latter will adjust the size to match the proportions but may still leave the actual values unduly large or small.
