Using Generation 8 clothing on Generation 6 characters

I have a number of unique characters I've modded over the years in generation 6 (genesis 2).

I see some nice gen 8 clothing that I would like to use.  But there are no conversions on the store to make that mod.

I suppose I could mod them to generation 7 (genesis 3), save, and then load that onto generation 6 and it should work.  But two conversions might cause...interesting side effects.

So does anybody here know how to make a custom conversion to shift directly from generation 8 to generation 6 that I could do on my end if nobody is going to put one up for sale?

I don't know how well they would work on your items, but it's worth a try.
