Can you be more specific about what you want to improve?
One improvement would be to, literally, improve the image quality and increase the sample quality with a longer render time (more samples). I would also increase the pixel size of the image along with increasing the samples and that would eliminate most of the grain in the image. The one giant light could be replaced with several smaller, strategically, lights with maybe two of the lights within the scene itself, a lamp on the shelf giving off light, maybe a light in the corner and some off scene lights. The lights need to create brighter reflections off chairs, tables, floor and also small, high lumen lights will create reflections of themselves in a shiny floor, off glass and create realism. The lights need to be casting shadows, that will also bring realism.
