Export Issue Of Sorts

I have finally noticed when an export will export right or wrong and I am curious as to something. 

When I go to export it goes through the whole rewind thing and exports. I noticed that if one hand stays say a partial fist it will not work properly in other software (UE4 for example) the fingers are usually distorted in some way or other things. 

Now, this happens with presets which is odd to me, because it chooses random ones to have it happen with. I am curious as to if there is a way to make sure it reverts back to the default pose without any hiccups before exporting? Because the other solution is to do this manually which is not impossible to do just a bit more time-consuming. Especially considering some things do work at some points but at other points, it doesn't. For instance when you select a hand and use a fist or grasp it sometimes exports right and sometimes doesn't. I probably have a preset still attached to it a little without knowing it is the only thing I can think of or it was a fluke that it worked. 

So yeah any ideas as to why, solutions etc?

  • What format? Have you looked to see if the pose is uisng Pose controls, on the figure, instead of/as well as transforms on the individual bones? Edit>Figure>Bake to Transforms may help if so - content from Daz should not be doing that.
