Prop scene position and zyx center

I am making a new product for the store and I'd like to find the easist way to do this:
Daz wants all props and things to come in at 0,0,0. Understandable, so users can find things added to their scenes.
My set has many parts, each exported obj made as a prop.duf. Importing the obj's in the xyz position the scene needs is great for building the scene but when making the duf's they don't open in the center of the scene. In my 3d package everything is built in position as I'd like it to be in the final daz scene but of course objects are all over the place, ie, the pillows are on the bed and the bed is at X-310 Y-0 Z-25. When I import the bed obj it comes in at (I think is) it's local 0,0,0, but the bed is not at 0,0,0, as daz would like to see it. It's at the proper spot that I need it to be in building the scene. So when I save the bed.duf it won't import at 0,0,0. If I move it to the world 0,0,0 then the prop would have some numbers like Z-23 Y-0 X-234.
So how can I make it easy on me in positioning everything as the scene needs and still satisfy das and have the prop come in at 0,0,0?
Thanks.

Maybe I need to make more clear what I am asking about here:
In the images, the highlighted building labled 1 came in as part of the whole scene and the parameters say it is at XYZ 0,0,0, as are many of the other building too. Obviously they can't all be at 0,0,0 or they would be stacked on top of each other.
In image two, the highlighted building labled 2 is a duplicate building I added and it came in at XYZ 0,0,0. (True 0,0,0 where a figure comes in at)
How is the same building, one with the scene and one added to the scene both props parameters say 0,0,0 but they are not stacked on top of each other?
How is the 0,0,0 heading achieved for all these items when they are clearly not at 0,0,0?
I guess I figured this out myself.
If anyone runs into this, this workaround will work:
Import your OBJs and they should come in all lined up for your scene build not at 0,0,0.
Make all your props.duf's and build your scene, then go into the props folder and with a text editor
zero out all the translations. So when a user adds an extra prop it loads at 0,0,0.
If the duf was saved compressed they you first have to unzip them.
:)
It would be a nice addition to DS to have an option to save a prop so that when it reloads it appears at the location from which it was saved (or a zero/center option).
