Installation problem

I just got a new win 10 laptop.  The main content drive is drive D instead of C, and I can't get the Install Manager to change the "Content Database Base" from Drive C to D.  Everytime I try it has changed back when I reopen the "Installation" tab to check it.

All my content is going to drive C which is way too small to hold even a tenth of it.

I was able to change the archive pathways on the Downloads tab, and the Manifest Archive / Software Bases on the Installation tab, but need help with changing the Content Database Base pathway.

Make the chnage in DS (Edit>Preferences>CMS settings) - and please report this as a possible bug.

If you had to change the setting in DS because it still wouldn't work in DIM then yes, please report it.

Ah, Rob asks if you had DS and/or Carrara open while you were trying to chnage the setting in DIM?
