Problems with Anatomical elements

hello , I’m new to dazstudio and something never work with me on the app(mac) . 

I bought a lot of characters whiches suppose to contain genitalia /anatomical éléments but when I try to make it merge on the character it seems to charge but nothing happen.. so I tried with rendoroti. And nothing seems to work with .. the only thing I could get is a pixeled grey penis form with rendorotic content but nothing as a real male genitalia. Please someone can help me? And tell me if it’s absolutly necessary to buy pro bundle genitals to be able to morph it with rendorotic.. or something I’m not doing God’s here ?

i could not put any of genital on my characters,everytime it seems to merge but finally nothing appears on the model .Please help me

You have, of course, purchased an adult pro bundle for the character?

I bought character but not bundle .but in the feature list there was anatomical elements whiches never merged

Anatomical elements, the actual geometry, only come with the pro bundles of most of the adult characters. Once you have bought one Adult Pro bundle,  those anatomical elements will fit the other, same generation, same sex characters as well.

The character you bought probably includes textures for the anatomical elements. Those won't work unless you also have the actual anatomical elements, which, as Chohole said, are only available as part of adult pro bundles.
