"...is also a Merchant Resource"...what precisely does this mean?

I am looking at the shape-shifting products in Zev0's store. This phrase appears:
"This package is also a Merchant Resource. Please consult the readme file for license and usage agreements."
I can almost never find usable, understandable Readme information after I've made a purchase, so I need to be sure I understand the license and usage agreement BEFORE I fork over any money.
What does this mean and what is the upshot for the usage agreement?

From what I understand it means that you can use this item to create your own, marketable products. So I think this actually increases the ways you can use this product.
Thank you but this does not tell me what I really need to know pre-purchase.
I basically need to know what the Readme EULA says so that I can make a "go/nogo" purchase decision with all of the facts concerning product use allowances, limitations, and disallowances. Call it "full disclosure"...
I guess it means you can use that pack to make own custom-dialed characters, save them as morphs and distribute. But to be on a safe side, ask the vendor himself.
Hi Guys. These are the terms. These morphs can be used in the creation of your own product. These morphs my not be distributed as is in any form. If you intent to do freebies, a character preset can be made\saved using the morphs, and the customer\user will require the product for usage. If you wish to use them for your own character, you can either make a preset where the product is required, Or dial up the product morphs, export that combination as an obj and import that as a figure shape or morph for your character. Hope this clarifies things:)
Thank you for trying. But this blurb wouldn't have appeared in that precise "usage and restrictions" wording if there weren't some actual restrictions.
I need to know what I can and can not do with the products, so I sent a PM to Zev0 with a link to this thread. EULAs are important and should be part of everybody's decision making process. I can't believe nobody else has asked this question!
EDIT: I type fast, but you beat me! Thank you; reading your post now...
First off, thank you for responding so quickly to my PM!
If I read you correctly, so far you have covered freebies and personal-use characters.
What can (or cannot) I do if I want to make a character for sale (not a freebie) in the store?
Basically whatever you want, as long as your package\product does not contain any of the morphs as they are EG re-distributed. EG my product has a morph called thigh thickness. Yours my NOT have the same morph saved in the same format\name as a seperate morph. It must be blended into the character shape along with whatever morphs you decide to include from the ShapeShift product. This is if you want to make a single shape. If you wish to save a character preset that just remembers the morphs used, then users will require the product in order for it to work that way. EG like V4 characters that use Morph++, who will need morph++ in order for the shape to work. Hope this all makes sense.
I think I understand better. I may have more followup questions. In the meantime, thank you very much.
Sure thing:)
