Lock two items together

Can you lock multiple items together.  For example, if I had a Genesis 8 Female model holding a hairbrush, can i Lock the hairbrush to the model's hand so that when the hand/arm is moved the hairbrush moves with it?

    Parent the hairbrush to her hand.

    Right click on the product and choose the hand as the parent. Or highlight your figure and the product and
    choose create New Group from the menu "Create"
