Cars dont install in either DAZ - or DIM

My 3D Spin

I bought four cars today- when i opened DAZ only one car was present
in the Install. So i opened DIM and downloaded the three remaining cars
But they dont show up anywhere- I looked in My Content DAZ library (Not in Content) and the folder
was there but empty. Can someone figure out what is wrong!

Those are for 3d Studio Max, not Daz Studio.

Assuming you don't have 3d Studio Max, you may want to return those. Perhaps you can get Customer Service to substitute three other cars that were part of the promo yesterday:

• The FM555 is similar to the F550,
• the CKL GTR Race Car is about as close as I can find to the British 9,
• the Spy Car V12 might be as close as you can get to the Britsh 9 race car.

Assuming you don't have those already. They're all PC+ at $1.99, so I don't see an issue with any price differences.

Unless you purchased enough items to return the three and not mess with the discount on the other things in the cart, then you could just ask for a refund. There's a PC+ Anniversary sale coming up in October, where I suspect these cars will show up on sale again.

                that works. Although it all came in a sale package!

I'm happy to hear that. Daz has some of the best Customer Service reps I've ever had to deal with, (with one or two exceptions, a long time ago.) I was confident they would do right by you, and they did. I'm sorry about the inconvenience, though. It not a fun feeling to find out the new toys/tools you bought are for a program you don't own, (says the voice of experience.)
