Got a bunch of extra empty duplicate products

Help!
I accidentally re-imported all my metadata and now I'm stuck with my content library and smart content full of empty duplicate products without thumbnails. I could go through them all in content library and delete them, but that would take ages. Is there an easier way to get them out of there?
Thanks!

Do the duplicates with no thumbnails lead to anything? What about in Content Library->Products? Do the same entries show? Could be something to do with Connect vs. DIM vs. Content DB Maintenance and how they relate. Or not.
Don't (this was posted without bumping).
No they don't lead to anything or contain anything. They're basically just empty products in both content library and smart content.
I don't use Connect, but can I assume that the valid products (with thumbnail) are controlled by Connect? Did you re-import metadata from Connect (I am not familiar with it) or did you use Content DB Maintenance to re-import from previous DIM downloads? There is a link provided by Richard Haseltine from Rob to a good overview of how metadata is handled in a recent discussion Newly created Categories not being alphabetized in Smart Content that might shed some light on what happened (but not how to fix it, though).
If you haven't customized the metadata or added custom categories, you could try resetting the database and letting Connect populate it again. Kind of drastic, and I don't know if or how Connect would do that. Maybe someone with more experience with it could jump in.
It was done through Content DB Maintenance. It looks like all the empty folders are Poser-related, which is why they appear empty in DAZ.
Poser-related doesn't mean they won't show in DAZ Studio. If it's installed, it will show somewhere, unless the files are .mt5 or .pmd (the only files that don't actually show). As for smart content, that's only as good as the metadata, if it exists. Older Poser products rarely have metadata, sometimes only for the StudioCF part.
For example, I see your Aiko 4 Expressions, with a thumbnail, through Connect. My DIM-installed Aiko 4 Expressions does not have a thumbnail, since there is no metadata in the DIM download, nor the manual download. So, I see the framed exclamation point, but it's not empty because I installed it from DIM. Connect contents go in a different place than the DIM contents, from what I understand, so the two references are looking in two different places.
I know this doesn't help clear up the problem, but maybe it explains a bit what is going on.
Do not install Generation 4 figures through Connect, it breaks the way the morph system works for them.
