tutorial for packaging up freebies

I have actually had several people ask for a tutorial about how to package up freebies. I am sure there is one out there, and darned if I can't find it! Is there one currently available?

    This is a Bigger question than it sounds like. Example Which type of Free items? All DAZ Studio with Metadata or without, all Poser? Believe it or not it really does matter what will be in the package.

    I can do one for ds, no metadata on my blog if that will help? cMS has never worked for me. ;)

    That would be awesome SickleYield, I could have sworn I read one when I made my first freebie, but then again I think I might have just looked at the way others packaged up their items and figured it out. I suppose I could write one myself as well, but figured I check first.

    Okay here is a very basic tutorial, it should help people get started.
