Can I disable light and shadow effects completely?

I'm trying to write comics with Daz because I have zero drawing ability.  I'm using 3delight and I have a filter on filter forge that does a pretty good job of making the images a cartoon but the shadows in it look look like mud, and the hard light just turns into yellow splotches.  This creates a lot of postwork, and I'm just wonder if there is any way to disable light and shadow effects completely.  (Even getting rid of the headlamp without making the render come out all black). I'm just trying to get a simple 1970's comic book look.  Please let me know.

Sure, you can turn off the shadows, select a light, in parameters/lights find shadow type and set it to off. And sure you can delete all lights but the result will be black surfaces, unless you use the ambient channel for every surface, which will make everything kind of glow. Maybe that will work for you. Or you could use the UberEnvironment 2 in ambient mode to add a fill light which has no direction. That will basically be the same thing as using ambient strength for every surface. There will be very little contrast, but maybe your filter likes that;) Or just use a 3 or 4 distant light set up with shadows disabled, one with a little bit more strength to serve as the main light/sun and the others to add some fill light from different directions.
