Separate feet morph from FBM

Much like some creators separate the head and body from a FBM it would be nice if the feet could be separated also. That way shoes particularly high heeled shoes (any rigid shoe really) would fit without deforming. I'm not sure if it's possible, or if it's a limitation of the software. But it's annoying when a supposedly stiff shoe conforms around the foot like a sock.

Are the morphs HD or regular? Would it be OK to just remove the morph, or would you need a gradual transition to avoid an obvious change? If it's an SD moprh and only an immediate off is needed then you can do it with the Geometry Editor tool
