trouble starting Hexagon...

I bought Hexagon last night and installed it.. was working fine, then this morning when I tried to open from my dock- i'm running snow leopard on a Mac.- I keep getting this message... something about not finding...

gui/tools.xml

so it won't open and I have to force quit. It will open if I do it from the apps. but I put all my programs in my dock which is much easier.

So.. my question is this... having found the above file.. where do I put it within the program.

This looks like a good program so far.. :)
