Can't run the software

I've installed the software and all the plugin-things that came with the DAZ install manager, but after I ran the it, the program pops up but stops responding and crashes.

My PC is completely new, maybe there's some kind of driver needed?

  • Does it literally crash or does it just sit there? What are your system specifications, and what security software are you using?

  • What is your operating system and PC specs, e.g. video card, RAM?

When it crash, do you get a crash window which can tell you why?

  • Also, was this the first time you installed DAZ Studio?

    System:Windows 10 Pro

    CPU:Threadripper 2970WX

    RAM:64GB

    GPU: 2x 2080tis w/ SLI enabled

It does not, it just says that it stoped responding.

Also, was this the first time you installed DAZ Studio?

    Yes, it was.

It sits there at first, but if I click anywhere on the program it stops responding and turns white , after clicking a few times it crashes

Try disabling SLI and launch DS again. And make sure the NVIDIA drivers are up to date.

  • The problem is fixed! It is because of my old GPU driver (like a week old), thanks DoctorJellybean for helping

Another way to solve, simply drag the window to your primary monitor, I had it on my secondary one. A lot of software tend to have this issue (Cura for example).
