Can't reduce hair transparency in render :/

Hello my fellow Dazers! Here again with another question! :D

I've been doing this project in Daz where many close up of faces is required. The problem is, when I close up a face, some hairs seem to be too transaparent, to the point where it doesn't look like it has thickness... Like in the pic provided below... On the left side is the unrendered image, you cannot see too much thru the hair, on the right side is the rendered image (in 3delight), as you can see, the hair looks too transparent in the parts where there is no scalp, and the opacity option is at 100%! I've tried many options on the surface tab of the hair, but I still can't find a solution.

How can I make the hair seem thicker, more like in the unrendered image? :/

Well if it is a 3DL material then I guess that's the intended look for the PA. If you can't adjust it neither with the opacity option or the gamma option in DS then I guess your only choice is manual editing of the opacity texture.
