Negative values in parameters

I am creating a character using several negative values in the upper face rigging section of parameters. Does this impact the (geometry,vertices) saving of a character for use by others? I have years of experience with aesthetics but am completely new to the intricacies of this wonderful 3d world! Thanks!

As long as the others have the same properties available (because they are in the base, or because they have the same add-on packs) the negative values are no different from positive.
