How can I Make Material borders Transparent ??

Hello there. I've got a question. I use custom models ( not smart contents from Daz Store ). Almost all models need border transparency on hair textures. But when I render the scene , it turns white instead of transparent !!
Example :

Looks like you'ew missing a black/white texyure map in cutout oppacity (if you're using Iray)
We would need more information n what you are doing - at the very least, a screen shot showing the Surface settings.
More information is good. :) My gut feeling is that you may be using a PNG file or something and expecting the Alpha channel in the texture file to handle the transparency. But neither Iray nor 3Delight work that way. They both expect a grayscale image in either the Cutout Opactiy (Iray) or Opacity Strength (3Delight) channel. Black is completely invisible, white is completely visible with the gray shades between providing partial opacity.
Thank you. I fixed the problem.
