Genesis 2 Female Gold skins

Looking through the genesis 2 creature creator noticed the exo had gold skin is this a skin that can be bought or was it a shader applied to the creature if so can anyone enlighten me as to which one:) I think I also saw some gold on an Olympian pose set which was statue gold also rather good. I want a shiny gold skin tone for a few creations I have in mind any help would be appreciated..
