Posing with Aniblocks

Hi, community! I was so proud of myself yesterday. I looked up how to make aniblock poses and then read how Jaderail did it. But now that I have my aniblock (which is a female falling down) she moves too slow. I moved the speed to 500 (the max) and it is still too slow. I thought to delete some frames in there, but it didn't let me. How do the pros do it?

In the Aniblock you have a speed setting when your in edit mode it defaults 100%. Change that to a higher setting. You block will shorten as the speed increases. You should save the fixed AniBlock as a new block once done.
