Multi Dress System load error (solved)

I have https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-multi-dress-system-for-genesis-8-females and whatever I try it won't load.

If I load it onto a character log says

But nothing happens.

If I try to load the dress alone I get an error

Not an error that make any sense to me.

I have tried redownload, but gets same error.

I am curious of the cloud warning, and wondered if DS thinks it is installed as a cloud item, and if that is the case how to solve that.

You are not clicking the dress you but a preset for the dress.

I suspect you are loading settings for the dress, not the dress itself. If you are looking in a product- category-based view it might be easier to right-click on one of the files and select the Show>Show in Mapper/Virtual Folder option so you see how the files are structured on disc (whether it says Mapped or Virtural will depend on the installation method).

Kind of yes.

I realised that in the wardrobe categori I had many MDS items, but only the 'MDS dForce multi dress system' can load from scratch. I had expected that everything in the wardrobe could load, and then the presets would be in materials.

But apparently I was wrong.
