People don't load on ground

Hello, I have a strange loading problem:
If I load a G2F the parameters show 0,0,0. If I hit ctrl+d the Y goes to 0.13
If I load a G3F the parameters are 0,0,0. If I hit ctrl+d the Y goes to 0.20 so far so good, the feet a little bit stucking in the floor after loading is not nice but ok.
BUT if I load a G8F, she is hovering a lot over the ground, even if the parameters show 0,0,0. If I hit now ctrl+d she goes to -0,73. But optical perfect on the ground. This happens with all G8F figures. The males end on -0.35
What is going on?! I have problemes by importing them into other softwares if I need a 000 location. I don't like the loading position of G8. I could put my Hand between foot and floor. How can I or DAZ fix it?
Anybody else out there with an idea?

The zero pose has the legs out to the sides, and so raises the feet off the ground.
Ok, thank you Richard, but the inside of the feet is also hovering a lot. They should stay on the floor in my opinion. No?!
She was likely modeled in a classic T pose, with feet on floor, then changed to A pose after to help the clothing creators make clothes easier. If you move each leg together by 6, about where the classic t pose legs would be, the feet are flat on the floor.
I think the actual reference for CTRL-D may be the character bounding box.
Aaaah thanks to all. Now I know more. :)
