For some reason, I thought that when you install items through Connect in Studio,
The items will not show / or show as installed in DIM, so you don't end up installing it 2 times.
But I guess i am wrong..
Is there a way to see what is NOT installed in DIM at all?
I have almost 5000 items in DIM, and in Connect I installed most if them already.. I was looking for the ones that can only be done through dIM, but it's a pain to find which ones
Thank you

In DIM, click pn the magnifying glass used for selecting filters. A list of filter types will open. You can select Not Connect Available. The filter text is
tag::all::rx::^.*(?:(?!.*(Software|Plugin|CloudAvailable|CloudInstalled))DAZStudio4_5).*$
As far as the Ready to Download tab goes, uncheck Connect installed (and optionally Connect Available) in the Download Filters list.
hm, that list is completely empty.
it opens up a folder
C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Roaming\DAZ 3D\InstallManager\UserAccounts\Account
I entered the line, and hit save, so I do have a filter now.
But I do see items in there, that are also available through connect. like Lilth 7
Also, since it's filled out in the box, I cannot type a search for a name in it.
Unchecking the Connect items in the Download filter list, only gets rid of a view. I still have 4300 items, which most of them are in Connect in Daz.
this is the 64 bit DIM btw. I don't recall having problems in the past with the 32 bit one. I was pretty sure the 2 were looking at eachother and showed that it was installed/downloaded
Actually that is possible - use && (with spaces either side) to add a second filter, e.g. && Lilith 7
Thanks, but it's a pain to go through 4000 that are left over.
I tried installing through DIM, but then i get files not found etc, so was going to install through Connect, but then DIM keeps showing the ones that I installed.
and I can't inmagine to add like && lillith 7 && lillith 6 && lillith 5 && Michael 5 && Michael 6 && Michael 7 etc etc etc etc
There has to be a better way?
did some searching in the forum,
I only use postgresql now (think that's what it was called).
Could that be a problem, that it's not looking at what is already installed?
PostgreSQL is the database used for the Content Management System - it has been the only database engine used since DS 4.9, as I recall, when Valentina support was dropped.
