Missed UVs For Genesis 8 using Atlas Texture

Hi All,

 

Like the tittle Missed UVs For Genesis 8 using Atlas Texture.

I tried to fixed exporting a obj and re import UVs but doesn't works.

    Hi Richard,

    Yes, in the screenshot you can see the wireframe only in the face, the rest of the body is missed so the Texture Atlas can't work correctly.

    Texture Atlas doesn't know how to work with the G8s UDIM UV mapping.  If export out the base figure in object format and select Collapse UDIM (I think thats what it is called, don't have Studio open) you can use that object to add a new UV set that Texture Atlas can use.

    Thanks! I missed the part of select the UVs. Now Works!

    I have some questions:

    Texture Atlas always reduce the texture quality, Exist a better setting?

    I can't do a texture atlas for the Eyes+EyeMoisture+Cornea. Exist a way for do this?

    Have you a idea if exist a way for combine materials?
