Hi, all! Happy New Year! Haven't been able to get on much at all lately and am looking forward to getting back real soon. The work I've seen posted here is fabulous!

As the title says, in addition to the other sales DAZ is having, the Platinum Club, Hexagon, and Bryce 7 Pro are all 45% off: http://www.daz3d.com/sales-promotions/#snowball (at the very bottom of the page).

I'm considering the Platinum Club at $38.50. Out of those that have it, do you think it's worth it?

Hoping y'all have a safe and happy new year!

I have been a PC member since it was first started, and it has saved me a small fortune over the years. Well worth joining

Absolutely, PC is a great saver. Having been a member since the beginning and have never regretted it.

The funniest part of it is Both Trish and I say it is saving us money, not costing us money. Not that we are addicts or anything. lol

I still remember when the PC first started, way back in 2002, before there was even a DAZ 3D Forum. THey came visiting at the site I used mostly in those days (and others I guess) telling us about this wonderful new club they were starting. It would only cost us $100 dollars to join and we would get loads of stuff at $1.99 a pop, and if we joined up straight away we would get the joining fee cheaper if we spent enough.

So there we all were queuing up at the tills, to hand DAZ 3D our hard earned cash, and then going back to the forum to boast about how much we had saved. No one admitted how much they had actually spent, but we all added up how much we had saved by buying the items at the PC price instead of the price they had been prior to the club starting. Most of us managed to save the price of joining up in one purchase, some managed to save even more than that, so it gives you a bit of an idea as to how much we had actually spent to get that sort of saving.

Remember how how happy Bryce users were when they found out Bryce 5.5 would be $99.95? 30% off that price if you were PC member.

That's hilarious! I've signed up and have been perusing the shop and I see what you mean. It's like Christmas again! *Can someone point me to the addicts' room, please?* ;)

I thought it was $119.99 for some strange reason, this is from my purchase history.

ArtZone members with active profiles set up before September 6, 2006, will receive a voucher to upgrade to Bryce 5.5 for only $19.95 - a $100 savings!

I know there was a bit of discussion about how much a .5 upgrade was costing.
