compatibility problems DAZ and Hexagond

If I transefer an object I had modified on Hexagon to Daz Studio it does not work at all. I mean sometimes the object is different and always the colors, the material, does not transfer. And I dont know how to add a skin tone to the figure im modeling.

any suggestion?

  • How are you transferring - OBJ or using the Bridge? Are you UV mapping your models? DS is fairly exacting about its meshes - it wants triangles and non-concave quads, polygons with more than four vertices and polygons which have a bite taken out of them are likely to give poor results.

    Im using OBJ, should I be making it in another way? And I dont know about UV mapping. 

    My 3D project its just a cube with some cones, because I want to simulate a part of the human skin. Thats why the materials and the skin tones I adjust on Hexagon are important
