Anyone with a premium membership having trouble getting in. I can't get into membership forum and the PC items aren't $1.99

    For some reason you are not showing as a member of the Platinum Club.

    You will need to file a support ticket to get this sorted out.

    THe most common reason for this to have happened (apart from your membership having run out) is that you recently received a refund for something. That does sometimes mess with the PC membership for a while.
