Question about Urban Sprawl 2

Is there an abandoned or rundown commercial building in US2: http://www.daz3d.com/urban-sprawl-2-the-big-city?
If so, can someone show a quick render of it? I dont want a "ruin" looking building, just a building that has been vacated.

Please advise.

There are a few shops up for rent which have a slightly rundown look to them, but no big offices or the like which are abandoned. That said, it's a pretty diverse set with lots of different buildings so it's certainly worth a look if you need an urban set.

The Warehouse District seems to have been retired.

-MJHere you go. Bear in mind that many of the buildings in Urban Sprawl 2 can be used separately as well, which gives you greater options when working with it.

That actually looks like someplace I know. I have to ask if you designed some of these based on real world places.

I don't know if Stefan modeled the actual setting but the textures are probably taken from real world photographs. His Backstreets set looks like an area I know in Brooklyn.

i really dont want an extra set. Somethin in US2 is just going to have to do and i GOTTA have US2. Im sure i can find some smaller office building somewhere within that set to make this work. Thanks all.

I posted the link for the Dark Places bundle above. Each of the parts of the bundle are on sale. If you are a PC member, you can pick up one of them for under $9. The whole bundle is less than $20 if you are in the PC. They are also DAZ Originals.

applying one of the plywood textures to any of the windows in sprawl2 should work to make them look abandoned,
my next release is actually an abandoned area too..(images attached)

I sweat Stonemason is either 30 people who act as one or a single person who never sleeps. Serious talent there, either way.

...there are also shader overlays like the Rusticator and Griminzer which don't replace but instead add a layer to existing shaders. The tile sizing can also be adjusted.

I've even gone in and even changed the complete shader base on buildings For example in the pic below, the tall structure in the background with the radio mast on top is actually one of the blue glass towers on which I applied textures from one of the other buildings in the set to make it appear to be from an older era.
