Items "missing" from Install tab?

Hello,
I'm sure this has happened to others, but I couldn't seem to find an answer/solution to it. Probably not using good search terms. 

Anyway, I'm trying to install Victoria 4.2 content, but its entries in my Install tab show a "caution" symbol (triangle with !) and I can't install them. Tried updating Meta Data, but that didn't help. Everything else has been downloading and installing fine. I'll attach a screenshot of what I'm seeing.

How do I restore those so I can install them?

    I've never been able to install V4.2 through Connect. Try it through DIM.

    It is not possdible to install contwent using the ExP system through Connect
