Possible to have scripts on a separate drive?

I have all my content on a separate drive which is not SSD. Recently I have had a problem loading a script (Ultimate Poser). It takes between 45 to 65 secs. Everything else works fine but I'm wondering if I can get this script to load from my C: drive which is SSD. It's the only thing I can think of that might be slowing it down. (I'm seeing if there are any suggestions from the vendor as well). Any ideas much appreciated!
