Help making a merfolk char?

I really like making mermaid characters but I'm looking for some things in particular...
I have Seafolk for m4/h4 and V4 but I'm not too fond on the skin...
I like male mers instead of females, really.
I'm looking for a good tail, with some good colors
But also I really want some ear fins and finger webs if possible.
And some claws
Is this possible to do? what do I need to achieve this?

I REPEEAT, NO GENESIS.
I am running POSER and I cannot use any Genesis items.
So please do not suggest them.
Mainly what I am looking for is for M4, not Genesis.

watch the sales, they had some killer upgrade sales the last few months. They will ship a box version if you don't have internet. If you can get the upgrade, you would love it, its worth it if you are really into rendering.

outoftouch has a nice "Sexy Mermaid" tail at Rendo but it's for V4/A4/G4 only. Search on "mermaid" there, there's a lot of other stuff as well.
