Move Rotation Point

Searched but couldn't find answer to what. I'm sure is a common question:  moving the pivot point. Right now the pivot is not in the center of an item in my scene, but sell outside of it. How do I center that point?

You can do it in the Joint Editor. Select the item, open the Tool Settings pane and choose Joint Editor in the top field (I *think* the default shortcut is CTRL+SHIFT+J, but I've changed mine). Then set origin  and/or end point, etc.
