How to remove dforce surface from object?

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I accidently set my character to be a dfforce dynamic surface, how to I remove the dforce surface from the character?

    Select the object in the scene tab, then right click on the simulations setting tab (yes, the actual tab) then find 'dForce' and click on the small triangle. Now select 'Temove dForce modifier'.

    Done.

    (Ignore the background, as I was playing around with dForce in a fight scene laugh)

    Ok no wonder I'm going crazy trying to find it, I don't have that option.

    Try Window>Workspace>Update and Merge Menus
