depending on what you read in here yes and no. Officially Daz3d does not appear to have updated the specs since Mavericks came out but they may be stating that it does support it but I think it would be clearer if they stated it instead of having us guess. I'm on 10.6.8 and 10.7.5 and Studio still has it's moments.

    Mac®

    32 bit
    Intel Macintosh®
1.6 GHz min (1.8 GHz or faster recommended)
    Mac™ OS X 10.6 or above
1 GB RAM min (2GB recommended)
1GB free hard drive space for installation
OpenGL 1.6 compatible graphics card with at least 128 MB RAM (Hardware accelerated OpenGL 2.2, or higher, compatible recommended with 256MB+ RAM)

    64 bit
    Intel Macintosh®
2.00 GHz Core 2 Duo (2.4 GHz or faster recommended)
    Mac™ OS X 10.6 or above
2 GB RAM min (3GB+ recommended)
1GB free hard drive space for installation
OpenGL 1.6 compatible graphics card with at least 128 MB RAM (Hardware accelerated OpenGL 2.2, or higher, compatible recommended with 256MB+ RAM)

Note: DAZ Studio will not function installed on a UNIX partition under Mac OS X.

Yes, for me Daz Studio 4.6 is compatible with Mavericks even 10.9.2 beta which is installed on my Mac mini 2.5ghz I5.
I use it about 4 hours each day without any problem.

Daz Studio 4.5 also work flawlessly on the same configuration, remember: Mavericks is just an optimized version of Mountain Lion
so theoretically any compatible software with Mountain Lion should be compatible with Mavericks.

    Regards.

I have experienced no trouble with compatibility. I'm on 10.9.4 on a MacBook Pro using DS4.6.
