Daz3d not using CPU or GPU but rendering.

Please help me understand what is being used to render images. My system isn't the best, but I just built it for Windows 10 and it's acting differently from my Windows 7 build.
In Windows 7, rendering caused my GPU to max out at 100% until the render was done.
In Windows 10, with the same GPU, rendering causes my GPU to do nothing... GPU and CPU usage remains at 0% but it's rendering.
Well, it is using about 3gb of the GPU ram but that's it. GPU useage at 0% and CPU useage at 13%
Specs:
GPU - GTX1660ti 6gb
CPU - Ryzen7 2700x
Nvidia driver - 26.21.14.3630
What's going on here? Can I force more useage from the GPU?

How are you minitoring usage? By default the Windows 10 task Manager does not show the usage from Iray, if you go to the Performance tab and set one of the graphs to CUDA or Compute_0 (depending on your precise Windows version) you should see it.
