Hello,

I bought above mentioned product and installed it via DAZ Download Manager. The items itself load, but when I try to apply the materials, I receive an error message. The logfile reads: "WARNING: ..\..\..\..\..\src\sdksource\cloud\dzcloudtasknotifier.cpp(178): Unexpected exception in contentGetByRelativePathAndFilename: Unable to connect to the database"

I can't get my DAZ Studio connected, the first thing I have to do when starting the application, I have to click away the error message "No valid PostgreSQL connection..." blah, blah. I tried hard to establish said connection, but to no success and even the support wasn't able to help me solving that problem, so I finally gave up.

Before buying products, I always make sure they aren't only available via DAZ Connect, but also via Download Manager. This was the case for this item, but now I face this problem anyway.

What can I do to solve that?
