Assistance with an item required!

Hello people! Sorry if this isn't the right place to post about this issue I'm having but I`m new here and not entirely sure where to go.

I have purchased an item - http://www.daz3d.com/downloader/customer/files/prod/5307/
I have downloaded and installed it with the install manager but when I open DAZ, the item is nowhere to be found.. Could anyone help me out with this? Maybe I`m supposed to do something else other than just dl/install with the manager?

    I can't identify the product from that link as I don't own it, but first thing to do is make sure the location Install Manager is installing it to matches a location DS is looking for it (assuming you're using DS).

    Can you post these 2 screenshots:
    1) In DS, Edit > Preferences > Content Library > Content Directory Manager, expand the "DAZ Studio Formats" and "Poser Formats"
    2) In DIM, on Ready to Install tab check the "Show Details" box in the lower right

    Hey, sorry.. had a problem with 'print screen' apparently it doesn't work anymore so I had to take a pic with my phone which has it's camera busted so the quality isn't the best but it's readable ^^

    I found it pretty much in the same place you have it, Bullit but when I load it, it comes with no floor and the windows are plain white with nothing in their background and I don't think that's how it is supposed to be...

    post a screen shot....please...here is mine...this is just a part of the whole house if that's what you mean.....there are other products for it like furniture and curtains...ect.. as far as backgrounds go there are props like trees and things you can get to set behind the windows or use a backdrop....

    That's exactly how I have it, thing different is that the windows are not see-through, instead they are plain white.

    You should be able to use the Snipping Tool to take screenshots if that's Windows 7 (or 8).

    Hey! I am deeply sorry, my internet went down last night and after an hour of waiting for it to come back, I gave up and went to bed!
    The night seems to have fixed my print screen button - a program that I've been running must have disabled it but now it's all good with nothing but daz running.

    Here's what I see.

    *edit* forgot to mention that I reinstalled the thing and at least now windows are looking normal but they do not appear in the list like they do in yours.

    They list in Surfaces not Parameters.
