Can I hire someone to make some clothes for this guy??

I'm not sure if this is the correct area to request something like this.... but I would like to hire someone to design some clothing for this mouse:

Specifically, I am looking for a 3D shirt... something like Splat the Cat would wear (that I could change to different colors):

I don't own the toon Mouse or I would do this next idea for you myself, a geometry shell opacity map

since a T-shirt is a close fitting garment

offsetting a geometry shell blocking out the forearms, head and lower body with black with white for the garment bits and maybe a bump map with wrinkles using the skin map or a UV template as a guide or a 3D paint program.

Just an aside

for another free 3D paint program, Unreal Engine 4 has vertex painting!

I thought of all the poor souls struggling with Blender as I discovered this  you can bake maps too

Thank you SadKitty_Carrara... Your suggestions sound spot-on, but I am mostly looking for someone to hire on a regular basis for different projects. If you know anyone interested, plse. let me know :)

I've heard  that 3DUniverse will sometimes take commissions you could try contacting them on their FacrBook page or Pm them in the forums
