Daz Shop issue - Victoria 4 free with debut item not working?

Hi! Asking here since Daz support / sales takes weeks to get back...
Does anyone know how to get Victoria 4 for free promo? I tried adding not just one but several debut new releases on the page with Vic 4 but does she not show up as free

It is Victoria 8 that is free not Victoria 4.
I meant to say Victoria 8.. it didn't show up as free in the cart despite adding other items in the sale. (I already paid for 4 years ago - though I haven't had much time with Daz over the years...)
Was anyone able to get the sale to work?
